What it never does ## Your account, your rules **It doesn't read your messages** We never give it the comments or messages you receive. **It doesn't message strangers** Automations only reply to people who commented or messaged you first, as Instagram and Facebook require. **It doesn't post on its own** It doesn't upload anything to your social networks: it works in your SocialMaker, and only when you ask. **It never sees your passwords** Not your SocialMaker password, and not the keys to Instagram, Facebook or Google. You add SocialMaker as a connector in Claude and, since SocialMaker connects officially to your Instagram and Facebook (it's a Meta Tech Provider), Claude can build your auto-replies to comments and DMs, design your link in bio and your carousels, and manage your bookings, always with the permissions you give it. ### What is a Claude connector? It's how Claude works with other apps: you add it once, give it permission, and from then on it uses them for you right in the chat. If anyone asks for the technical term, SocialMaker is a remote MCP server, added with the address https://socialmaker.ai/mcp. ### What do I need to use it? A SocialMaker account on the Pro or Max plan and a Claude account. You add it once from your computer, and then you can also use it in the mobile app. ### Does it work with Claude's free plan? Yes: every Claude plan lets you add at least one custom connector. ### Can my assistant read my messages or comments? No. We never give it the comments or messages you receive, or your passwords. If you give it access to Posts, it sees the text, type, date, link and number of likes and comments of each post (not the comments themselves), to choose which one an automation runs on. ### Can it message my customers without me knowing? No. It creates automations turned off and asks you before turning them on. Plus, an automation only replies to people who commented or messaged you first. ### Does it cost extra? No. It's included in the Pro and Max plans, and what your assistant does for you doesn't use your SocialMaker AI credits. ### What language do I talk to it in? Yours. It understands English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and many more, and writes your texts in whatever language you ask for. ### How do I disconnect it? In SocialMaker, go to Settings → Connected apps: you'll see what each assistant can do and when it was last used, and you can disconnect it with one tap. You can also remove it from Claude. ### Do I have to stop using the Studio? No. The assistant is another way to do the same things: everything it creates shows up in your Studio, and you can edit it there anytime. ### Does it work with ChatGPT or other assistants?
