# Affiliate program terms

**In short**

- You earn 20% of every payment from your customers for 12 months, and 30% from your 10th customer on.
- We pay you every month through PayPal from $25; each commission is released 30 days after the payment.
- No referring yourself, no spam and no ads using the SocialMaker name.
- Always disclose that it's an affiliate link.

These terms explain how the SocialMaker affiliate program works. The program is run by IPRINTYFUN SERVICES LLC. By joining, you accept them along with the SocialMaker Terms of Service.

## Who can join

Anyone of legal age with a SocialMaker account, on any plan. We review every application and may approve it or not. You need a PayPal account in your name to receive payouts.

## Your link

Once approved, you get a link with your code. If someone comes in through it and creates a SocialMaker account within the next 60 days, that account is linked to you. If the person later comes in through another affiliate's link, the last link counts. Accounts that already existed are not linked.

## Commissions

- You earn 20% of each payment from a customer linked to you during their first 12 months of payments (excluding taxes).
- Once you've brought 10 paying customers, the commission goes up to 30% for the payments that follow.
- The free month doesn't earn a commission: only real payments do.
- Each commission is ready to pay out 30 days after the payment. If the payment is refunded or disputed, the commission is voided.
- If the customer cancels, they stop earning commissions.

## Payouts

We pay you once a month through PayPal, in US dollars, when you have $25 or more ready to pay out; if you don't reach it, it rolls over to the next month. We cover PayPal's sending fees. To get paid, you need to connect your PayPal account from your affiliate dashboard: we pay that account. If a payout bounces (for example, because your PayPal account can't receive it), we retry it once you sort it out.

## What's not allowed

If these rules aren't followed, we may void the affected commissions and end your participation.

- Referring yourself or creating accounts to earn commissions.
- Advertising with the SocialMaker name or variations (for example, bidding on those keywords in search engines) or posing as SocialMaker.
- Sending unsolicited messages (spam) or promising things SocialMaker doesn't do.
- Offering discounts or prizes that don't come from SocialMaker.

## Disclosure

Every time you share your link, disclose that it's an affiliate link (for example, “affiliate link” or #ad), as the advertising laws of many countries and the platforms' rules require.

## Taxes

What you earn is your income, and reporting it is up to you under your country's laws. If you live in the US we'll ask for a W-9 form and send you a 1099 when required; if you live elsewhere, we'll ask for a W-8BEN.

## Changes and end of the program

We may change these terms or end the program with 30 days' notice. Commissions already earned by then are paid under these terms. You can leave the program at any time from your account or by writing to us.
