Ask people to follow you before delivering
How to gain followers with every automation, and why Instagram requires delivering anyway to people who don't follow you.
With the Follows you? tool, SocialMaker checks whether the person already follows you. If not, it asks them to before sending what you promised.
How to turn it on
Add the “Follows you?” tool
Drag it onto the flow or pick it in Add to the flow. The Follows you? step shows up before the delivery.
Write the message asking for the follow
For example: “Before you take this: are you following us yet? That way you won't miss what's next.”
On the preview phone, you can switch between Follower and Non-follower to see both paths.
