Send links, files, coupons and voice notes
Everything you can deliver by DM: trackable links, up to 10 files, cards with buttons, coupons and voice notes recorded on the spot.
The delivery message is the one that arrives when the person taps the button in the first message. It carries your text, your link and anything you add with the Tools: drag them onto the message on the canvas, or pick them in Add to the message.
Trackable links
Paste your link into Your link. SocialMaker turns it into a trackable link: every click is counted, and you can see it in the panel, under Clicks.
Files
With Image, Video, Audio or PDF you can add up to 10 files. They're sent after the text, in the order you see them. One example: your PDF guide plus a cover image.
Voice notes
In Audio, tap Record to record from your browser (or upload a file). A voice note builds a lot of trust: “Hi, this is Ana, here's the info you asked for…”.
Cards with buttons
The Card tool sends a card with an image, title, subtitle and linked buttons. It looks like a product right inside the chat.
Coupons
Write the code in the message (for example, “Your code: HELLO10”) and add the link to your shop. The person can copy it right from the chat.
Appointments, services and products
You can also send your booking page, a carousel with your services, or your products. See appointments, services and products by DM.
