Reply buttons: a different reply for each option

Options the person taps instead of typing, each one with its own reply. Great for menus, prices and frequently asked questions.

Reply buttons show up under a message, and the person taps one instead of typing. Each button can have its own reply, so a single automation can branch into different paths, like “Hours,” “Prices” or “Book.”

How to add them

  1. Add the “Buttons” tool

Drag it onto the delivery message or pick it in Add to the message.

  2. Write the text for each button

Up to 20 characters per button and up to 13 buttons, the most Instagram allows.

  3. Create each button's reply

Tap Create reply and write what the person gets when they tap it. It can include a link, an appointment, your services or your products.

On the canvas, each button with a reply opens its own path. To try it, choose that button under What happens if…, below the phone.
